4 General Feelings One Should have towards others

I came about this while listening to my father one day about the meaning of Navkar Mantra (Most Important & Basic Shloka a Jain will and should Know). The best part about the mantra is that there are several meanings to the same 9 Lines and there are layers upon layers of thinking to which the surface is these 9 Lines.

Out of several different meaning I am going to note down the one where it teaches us to have this 4 feelings towards others and by others I include all the creatures in this universe.
1. Maitri Bhav (Friendly Feeling towards All)
2. Pramod Bhav (Appreciative &  Awe for of all the Good in others)
3. Madhyasta Bhav (Inconsequential feeling towards others)
4. Karuna Bha (Empathise feeling towards others)

I have listed this in this particular format because this should be the natural path about how one should feel about others over a period of time. One can definitely stop and stay at a particular feeling towards them but you generally can't the go the from bottom to top. You can definitely have more than one feeling at the same time.

I personally feel that the 3rd and the 4th are the most difficult to achieve.
